Join Our Mission
Pharma has AI models. What it lacks is AI infrastructure built for regulated work. We are a small team building that layer — and the people who publish the research are the ones who ship it.
Current Openings
Full Stack Engineer
Build the platform end to end — the web application researchers work in, the services behind it, and the AI agent orchestration that connects LLMs to enterprise systems and tools. You will own product surface and infrastructure, not one or the other.
Product Designer
Design how researchers work alongside AI agents — the review steps, the handoffs, and the interfaces that make LLM-driven analysis legible and controllable. Designing inside real regulatory constraints is the hardest and most interesting part of the job.
AI Scientist
Advance the LLMs and AI agents at the core of the platform: domain-specific post-training and fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-agent orchestration. Publishing your results is expected, not tolerated.
AI Research & Engineering Intern
Work on applied AI research alongside the team — LLM post-training, agent design, retrieval, and evaluation — on problems that reach production rather than staying in a notebook. Co-authorship is part of the arrangement, not a favour.
