What is the Role?
As a Member of Technical Staff at Keiji AI, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI agents and large language models (LLMs) for clinical research applications.
You will work on the full stack of AI development, including:
- LLM Post-Training: Fine-tuning and adapting large language models for clinical and biomedical domains
- Synthetic Data Generation: Creating high-quality training data for specialized clinical NLP tasks
- Reinforcement Learning: Implementing RLHF and other alignment techniques for safe, reliable AI outputs
- Agentic Systems: Building multi-agent architectures that can reason, plan, and execute complex clinical workflows
- Production Deployment: Scaling AI systems for enterprise customers in regulated healthcare environments
What We Expect
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
- Experience with LLM training, fine-tuning, or deployment (PyTorch, Hugging Face, vLLM, etc.)
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and multi-step reasoning systems
- Strong software engineering skills in Python and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Passion for healthcare and clinical research applications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred
